JYM is developing a new series of short bios, and we shot our pilot piece yesterday at Ocean Beach with artist Andres Amador. He’s an earthscape artist who uses beaches all over the world as his canvas, creating beautiful artworks in the sand. He draws crowds of admirers as he works, and once completed his intricate pieces are slowly erased by the in-coming tide. Even more memorable than Andres’ artwork is his generous spirit, passion for life, and great energy. Here are a few photos from our day together.
